30 days training plan

I was thinking in our professional life sometime we take some training of such and such certificate or a training to excel our skills/abilities to be develop in such a way that we take-up new challenges or to do work in good manner

Then , a thought came into my mind that ALLAH swt gave us every year a 1 month training in order to develop or enhance our Imani skills to be good. Think about it for while that how much ALLAH awj is merciful upon us that HE chained our biggest enemy(shaitan) in this month and gave us full chance to practice our deen  without fearing that our enemy somehow attack us. ALLAH is so merciful (Ar-rehaman Ar-reheem) that HE increases the rewards and blessing of the prayers , good deeds and all the thing that we do for the sake of ALLAH.

Ramdan come with so much bonuses and rewards that we can’t even imagine. Farz/sunna/nawafeel/zikar rewards increases to the degree that we can’t measure.

30 days hardship sabarun jameel , the things that are halal HE commanded us to avoid them in order to develop our patience. I think this is because those things that are not permissible for us in normal circumstances we develop the skill to avoid them too.

Just think about this month, sehri its like you are getting prepared for the coming roza and in that period you will face some hardship about for the love of ALLAH you put yourself in a condition to make HIM happy. Then came the iftari time, everything is front of you the pakoras , the samonsa and the one ‘Thaaandaaa’ glass of water.  But you are waiting for HIS command the azan, this is love the pure love. iftar time dua is so valuable infront of ALLAH because HE is seeing that my believer is controlling his/her self and waiting for my command. SUBHANALLAH

Just imagine yourself when you are in roza time , going down , your mouth is dried up , sometime you feel that you are about to loose it , you are controlling your halaal urges   but then you think NO, whatever I m doing is for the sake of ALLAH to please HIM .

Ramdan , I think is the month in which we practice  our sabar  and thankfulness to the all mighty ALLAH to live in this way for the rest of the 11months. May ALLAH grands this month again  next year INSHALLAH.

One repetitive ayat of surah ar-rehman , coming into my mind for the mercifulness of ALLAH swt  i.e

return election();

Re-election everywhere from media to social media to roads all over the place . Rigging in election are also witnessed in past  but y this time ?? the first answer strike in mind is that in this election the youngsters want to vote for a change!!! they all witnessed the government of mian sahab  and benazeer saheba(late ) and they are not satisfied from them . They came out and vote for change , (i myself was very enthusias 😀 ) , people who haven’t vote in their entire life(ages 30 to 40+) came out and vote  but when the result came the moral all came down (in local language (“tight wali hath gae ” 🙂 )) and they came out and  began to protest . #reelection

Some old people (like my nani) told me the imran khan will become PM but not now atleast 5 to 10 years are require , yes thats true. isn’t it ?? There are to categories of people who came out and vote , one who just voted for Imran khan (yes, for a change ) and second only for a change and yes the second one are indirectly  supported  IK.

I think we have to change our mentality, some followers(Ok, supported) of “THAT”  party just vote because they have to not for what they want  to.

Change/revolution will not come unless we change ourselves, we have to change our mind and think out of the box. We have to realize the ground reality and change it , Believe me the reality of this country is so harsh. Yes this country is arkham city with number of jokers and bane, no BATMAN will come and  safe you.

Make changes in your domains your areas your places automatically whole country will change .

10 tips on time management

ASalamOlikum and Ramazan mubarak to all of you out since , m really busy in studies m fail to blog , but now i got a bit time , so , sharing with you 10 tips that’s help you managing your time ….. hope you will enjoy…. Image

  1. Carry a schedule and record all your thoughts, conversations and activities for a week. This will help you understand how much you can get done during the course of a day and where your precious moments are going. You’ll see how much time is actually spent producing results and how much time is wasted on unproductive thoughts, conversations and actions.
  2. Any activity or conversation that’s important to your success should have a time assigned to it. To-do lists get longer and longer to the point where they’re unworkable. Appointment books work. Schedule appointments with yourself and create time blocks for high-priority thoughts, conversations, and actions. Schedule when they will begin and end. Have the discipline to keep these appointments.
  3. Plan to spend at least 50 percent of your time engaged in the thoughts, activities and conversations that produce most of your results.
  4. Schedule time for interruptions. Plan time to be pulled away from what you’re doing. Take, for instance, the concept of having “office hours.” Isn’t “office hours” another way of saying “planned interruptions?”
  5. Take the first 30 minutes of every day to plan your day. Don’t start your day until you complete your time plan. The most important time of your day is the time you schedule to schedule time.
  6. Take five minutes before every call and task to decide what result you want to attain. This will help you know what success looks like before you start. And it will also slow time down. Take five minutes after each call and activity to determine whether your desired result was achieved. If not, what was missing? How do you put what’s missing in your next call or activity?
  7. Put up a “Do not disturb” sign when you absolutely have to get work done.
  8. Practice not answering the phone just because it’s ringing and e-mails just because they show up. Disconnect instant messaging. Don’t instantly give people your attention unless it’s absolutely crucial in your business to offer an immediate human response. Instead, schedule a time to answer email and return phone calls.
  9. Block out other distractions like Facebook and other forms of social media unless you use these tools to generate business.
  10. Remember that it’s impossible to get everything done. Also remember that odds are good that 20 percent of your thoughts, conversations and activities produce 80 percent of your results

Your memory and concentration level can be increased by exercising regularly. Our memory is like our muscles that needs to be taken proper care of, in order to keep it sharp and unforgettable. Anyone can suffer from lapses in their memory and concentration at any age. This is because the brain becomes rusted when not in use just like iron. There are a number of factors that trigger such a situation in an individual. When a person goes through stress, the person becomes absent-minded. He becomes quite forgetful and finds it difficult to concentrate on a particular thing.

Poor nutrition, lack of adequate sleep and medications are other factors that contribute to being absent-minded and forgetful. But this condition of the brain can be easily curbed, provided, we follow certain rules and regulations strictly. There are various methods from which our brain can be benefited. Some of these methods are as follows:


Meditation is one way through which memory and concentration can be increased. It helps in sharpening the brain by increasing the concentration power. Memory is the capability of the brain to retain the past and plan for the future. However, as we age, our memory continues to waver and begin to fade away. Children and teenagers tend to forget the things they are being told, while adults forget because of the distractions they face in their daily life. The concentration power can however be increased by following the yogic techniques such as Dharana, that helps in reducing the occupied mind, Pranayama, Meditation etc. Meditation is a process that is one step ahead of dharana. It helps in reducing excessive thinking.

Story Telling Games

The story telling game works only when you are in a group. It effectively helps in increasing the concentration level. All that you have to do is to set out three items together and then start telling a story using all the items in the story. Tell the story to one another. This game will not only increase your concentration but will also strengthen your memory power.

Mental Exercise

Mental exercise involves reading, analyzing and explaining. For instance, you can read up an article and analyze it. Later on you can explain it to someone. Or you can even try memorizing a list of things and later on quiz yourself to test it. Another very effective mental exercise, that helps in improving your memory and concentration, is to play Crossword puzzles, sudoku, jigsaw puzzles etc. It would give a tough workout and thus will be helpful.

Physical Exercise

Physical exercise not only keeps the body fit but also helps in keeping the brain sharp. It increases the circulation of blood, thereby reducing the waste and increasing the nutrients that are sent to brain. Just a daily walk for 20 minutes can bring about great improvements to the functions of the brain.


Trying to focus on something we do need a lot of efforts. Failing to focus on something is primarily responsible for weak memory and poor concentration. And this could be due to stress or an emotional distraction. An important thing that is worth realizing is that the harder the task, the greater is the possibility of distraction. So the best way out is to put in more effort to retain your focus on the particular thing that you are trying to know until it gets over.

These were some of the methods through which you can increase your memory and concentration. In addition, diet also plays a major role in enhancing the concentration and memory power. For the brain to function at its best, eating right is important. Include a large number of fruits and vegetables in your diet to provide the brain with the required nutrients. In addition practice relaxation. Your brain needs to rest in order to be able to perform its function effectively. So get adequate rest and sleep.
